Using Facilities

The facilities are available for private and community programs according to the leasing guidelines and charges. Each interested party is requested to fill in the application along with the deposit check and deliver to the resident priest. For additional information contact Dev Mahajan, 713-468-4339.

Guidelines for the use of facilities

Make sure that hosts, guests and all hired vendors are aware of and adhere to the following:

1. Those who are interested in using ASGH facilities must fill in an application form and submit to Acharya ji along with the deposit for the management approval. This application form is also available at the front desk and with Acharya ji.
2. Absolutely no use of alcohol, smoking or non-vegetarian food will be allowed in the premises.
3. No food or drinks are permitted in Satsang Hall.
4. No shoes are allowed on Yagyashala floor or in Satsang Hall.
5. The wall space in any building must not be used to attach any posters, pictures etc.
6. No additional nails or hooks shall be added except those already provided around Yagya Shala ceiling for decoration etc.
7. No temple supplies shall be used.
8. The accumulated trash must be tied in plastic bags and must be placed in the garbage container located in the southeast corner of parking lot.
9. Before leaving premises please make sure the lights, fans, kitchen appliances, and the thermostats are turned off.
10. Children play area is only for the use of ASGH school children.
11. It will be the responsibility of the host family to make all arrangements including setting up & dismantling of tents, furniture, decorations, food & drinks.
12. Any repair of damage to the facility or equipment will be responsibility of the user. After the event, if the facility is returned in a clean & ready to use state again, the deposit will be refunded.
13. ASGH is not responsible for any injury occurring while on ASGH premises to hosts or their guests.
